Job Summary

To support the LumiCare team, the full-time remote Technology Integration Specialist will manage customer outreach, conduct assessments, design training plans, and provide IT support for technology solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee assessment completion and interpret recommendations for technology solutions
  • Order, set up, and provide training for hardware and software solutions
  • Provide guidance and training to team members while coordinating referral assignments
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the health and human resources industry
  • Experience in IT and project management
  • Must reside in PA, DE, OH, LA, TN, TX, or VA
