Technology Inventory Analyst

Job Summary

Managing technical inventory for various hardware assets, the full-time remote Technology Inventory Control Analyst will oversee inventory management, procurement planning, and asset tracking while collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Handle technical inventory management for desktops, laptops, and other infrastructure hardware
• Track and maintain inventory levels across enterprise locations, including planning for asset procurement
• Investigate and resolve inventory inconsistencies while supporting internal and external audits related to IT assets

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or a related field, or 3+ years of related experience
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in an inventory role
• Experience with enterprise asset management tools such as ServiceNow or SCCM
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and asset governance standards
• Familiarity with data center or infrastructure hardware environments
