Technology Lead, Digital Health Services

Job Summary

As the first technical hire, the full-time Head of Technology, Digital Health Services will lead the architecture and development of AI-driven tools for patient care while ensuring compliance and building an engineering culture in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture, including cloud infrastructure and AI/ML systems, while making strategic decisions on technology investments
• Establish data governance and HIPAA compliance frameworks from the outset, ensuring the platform meets regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the Head of Product to prioritize the roadmap, ensuring technical decisions align with clinical and commercial objectives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including a senior technical leadership role such as CTO or VP Engineering
• Proven track record of bringing a product from early-stage architecture to live production
• Deep experience with AI/ML systems in production, including model selection and governance
• Strong command of modern cloud architecture and data infrastructure
• Experience in regulated environments, with a focus on compliance and quality standards
