Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Lead, Experiences Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership and drive the execution of key projects related to core platform components
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and performant core platform features using the tech stack
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers, promoting best practices and code quality

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, focusing on backend development and API design
• Deep technical expertise in Ruby on Rails, EmberJS, and AWS
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications in a cloud environment
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing and CI/CD
• Experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus
