Technology Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Litigation Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integration activities for acquired entities
• Provide legal guidance on data privacy, cybersecurity, and global compliance matters during integration
• Draft, review, and negotiate integration-related agreements, policies, and communications

Required Qualifications

• J.D. (or equivalent) and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally in privacy litigation, M&A, integration, or corporate transactions
• Background in cybersecurity, data privacy, or global compliance regimes strongly preferred
• Prior BigLaw or large-enterprise experience valued for responsiveness and pace
• Strong executive presence and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
