Technology Management Analyst

Job Summary

Driving process optimization and system improvement initiatives, the full-time Technology Management Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to analyze workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive product support by tracking critical issues and collaborating with technical teams for timely resolution
• Identify and implement scalable business solutions within NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, and other core business systems
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing the project backlog

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Technology Management
• Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems or Salesforce
