Technology Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process and Technology Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct project managers and technical teams, maintaining core program artifacts and organizational structures
• Oversee large-scale migrations and standardize telephony platforms across clinical sites
• Manage partnerships with managed service providers, reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensuring technical deliverables meet standards

Required Qualifications

• Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred
• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
