Technology Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic DevSecOps environment, the contract Technology Management Specialist will design and maintain platform architecture across Azure/AKS, AWS, and enterprise middleware while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the target-state design of the client's DevSecOps platform, ensuring secure and efficient development teams
• Establish immutable infrastructure and GitOps patterns using Terraform and Bicep for Azure and AWS provisioning
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor senior engineers on secure and scalable architecture patterns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 12 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in senior solutions or enterprise architecture roles
• Hands-on experience with self-managed GitHub Enterprise Server and GitHub Cloud/Actions at enterprise scale
• Proven expertise in designing and operating JFrog Artifactory/Xray, SonarQube, and GHAS/CodeQL in regulated environments
• Active certifications such as AZ-305, AWS Solutions Architect - Professional, CISSP, or HashiCorp Terraform Associate preferred
