Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Manager / Associate Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology engagements, ensuring excellence across scope, timelines, and budget
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior life sciences stakeholders, driving account growth and new client acquisition
• Architect and implement modern data solutions and AI-powered applications, integrating with the company's platform ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, life sciences analytics, or enterprise data architecture
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML solution design and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Deep understanding of life sciences datasets (Sales, claims, CRM, marketing)
• Experience building or scaling technology-enabled platforms is strongly preferred
