Technology Onboarding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Onboarding Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project communication and coordination for new Managed Service customers
• Manage the onboarding process for service setup and facilitate hand-offs to Account Managers
• Collaborate with internal teams to create project schedules and measure customer success outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Strong project management skills
• Technical aptitude and experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud technologies
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in the nonprofit sector or with Managed Service Providers (MSP)
• Ability to interface with technical teams
