Job Summary
To enhance enterprise risk insights, the full-time salaried Technology & Operational Risk Lead will translate technology and operational signals into measurable risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and management of technology and operational risk domains aligned with enterprise risk themes
- Translate enterprise risks into operational risk drivers and measurable indicators reflecting system operations
- Develop and enhance Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) using objective signals from system performance and incident trends
Required qualifications
- Eight or more years of experience in technology risk, operational risk, or enterprise risk management
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms, and operational resilience
- Experience translating technical concepts and operational data into business-relevant risk insights
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Risk Management, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to develop metrics and dashboards that convert operational activity into actionable risk insights
