Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology Operations Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive technical support to employees in the AsiaPac region, ensuring minimal disruption and high productivity
- Manage and maintain core business applications and end-user workstations, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Participate in technology projects, collaborating with teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on Windows and macOS environments
- Strong understanding of user account management and identity management platforms
- Expertise in managing Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 suites
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across different time zones
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Korean or Japanese is a plus
