Technology Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Operations & Performance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and design reporting to monitor performance and track progress on initiatives and goals
• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to optimize technology operations and service level agreements
• Ensure data reporting and extraction solutions are accurate and validate outputs against original data sources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role
• Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
• Experience with business measurement frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard or Objectives and Key Results
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and Azure DevOps
