Technology Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technology Operations Analyst will define and document processes related to technology operations, support improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology leadership to implement and standardize processes for managing software development teams
• Coordinate project activities and provide updates on progress, milestones, and risks to stakeholders
• Analyze Azure DevOps boards and advocate for automation to improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school
• Entry-level professional with 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an Analyst role
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies; Agile certifications are a plus
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for managing work tasks
• Understanding of software development life cycle models and project management principles
