Technology Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting information governance and data privacy initiatives, the full-time remote Technology Operations Analyst will serve as a knowledgeable resource for end users, manage system migrations, and ensure efficient resolution of issues while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a point of escalation for end user issues related to supported tools and processes
• Assist with gathering and documenting business and user requirements in collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders
• Support information governance, privacy, and DLP initiatives by assisting with program planning and operational work coordination

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, IT support, or records and information management roles, preferably in a nonprofit or regulated environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with project management/collaboration tools
• Working knowledge of records and information governance concepts
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams
