Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's technology strategy and oversee core MSP platforms
• Standardize service delivery processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and develop the technical team while ensuring high-quality client experiences

Required Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in IT, MSP, or technology services
• Prior leadership experience in an MSP or services-based IT organization
• Strong background in Microsoft ecosystems and cybersecurity
• Proven ability to scale teams and improve operational maturity
