Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time salaried Technology Operations Director will manage technology operations for the Bank of America account, focusing on client success, service reliability, and team performance while optimizing processes and resolving technology issues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all technology compliance activities, including security scanning and disaster recovery testing
