Job Summary

Technology Operations Leader is a full-time position responsible for driving automation, managing data infrastructure, and ensuring security operations within a rapidly scaling AI-native education company.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive automation across Marketing, Enrollment, Fulfillment, and Renewals to enhance efficiency
• Oversee security operations to protect the business and maintain member trust
• Lead data infrastructure and reporting to support decision-making across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in technology operations, with 4+ years in automation or revenue-tech functions
• Experience as a HubSpot admin and familiarity with modern automation platforms
• Hands-on experience with data and reporting infrastructure, including analytics tools
• Familiarity with crypto, DeFi, or online education sectors is a plus
