Technology Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on the reliability and performance of core infrastructure services, the full-time salaried Technology Operations Manager will oversee systems administration, network operations, and service management processes to ensure stable and scalable technology operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop high-performing staff while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability and performance, while managing SLAs and incident response
• Identify and implement modern infrastructure solutions and lead initiatives to improve scalability, security, and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 8+ years, or high school equivalency with 11+ years of experience
• Experience leading technical teams and managing third-party vendors or service providers
• Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack administration, including Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Working knowledge of network engineering concepts and voice administration platforms
• ITIL foundation certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of start date
