Technology Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Technology Portfolio and Operations to lead the Vendor and SaaS Ops function within Tech Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate SaaS inventory and Service CMDB with clear ownership and lifecycle for each service
• Analyze SaaS spend and utilization to identify opportunities for savings and consolidation
• Build and lead a small Vendor & SaaS Ops team focused on savings and portfolio health outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS operations, technology portfolio management, or vendor management roles
• Experience with spend and utilization analysis, and developing business cases for savings
• Familiarity with CMDB concepts and maintaining accurate service/vendor records
• Experience in high-growth, pre-IPO companies or industry experience in Technology or Healthcare preferred
• ITIL, COBIT, PMP, or other relevant certifications preferred
