Job Summary

Seeking a part-time remote Technology Procurement & Vendor Strategy Consultant, the successful candidate will identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize vendor relationships, and lead negotiations with technology providers to enhance procurement practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate agreements with SaaS, cloud, and service providers to secure improved pricing and terms
• Identify and implement strategies for vendor consolidation and cost optimization across business units
• Analyze software utilization and spending to develop actionable recommendations for procurement improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in negotiating technology agreements, including SaaS and cloud services
• Proven track record of generating measurable cost savings through procurement initiatives
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and vendor management
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, particularly in vendor consolidation
• Strong financial and analytical skills to build business cases and quantify savings opportunities
