Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Procurement Specialist who is motivated to learn and collaborate while delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for all hardware, software, and equipment for clients of the technology team
  • Assist with vendor management and contribute to establishing best practices for ordering and invoicing
  • Perform cost and market analysis to ensure optimal pricing and margin on products
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field preferred, but not required
  • 2-4 years of experience working in an office environment
  • Ability to negotiate costs, terms, SLAs, and manage vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with vendor and distributor portals such as Dell Premier and Cisco Commerce Workspace
  • Strong ownership of ordering, invoicing, and audit trail processes
