Technology Product Management Director

Job Summary

Driving the strategic direction for a data center technology portfolio, the full-time remote Technology Product Management Director will manage vendor relationships, evaluate technologies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery in workplace management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and tactical roadmap for a comprehensive data center technology stack, integrating in-house platforms with third-party solutions
• Lead vendor evaluations and manage ongoing relationships to ensure alignment and performance of technology partners
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful technology adoption

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically in managing external vendors and technology stacks
• Proven ability to define strategy and tactical roadmaps independently
• Experience in evaluating and selecting technology vendors/partners
• Familiarity with IoT, remote monitoring, or facility management platforms
• Strong skills in translating operational needs into clear requirements for stakeholders
