Technology Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic investment initiatives, the full-time remote Technology Product Manager will drive innovation in Oracle EPM solutions, managing the product lifecycle and implementing AI capabilities to enhance financial operations and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap development for Oracle EPM solutions, overseeing the complete product lifecycle
• Implement AI capabilities within the Oracle EPM suite to improve automation and analytical insights
• Collaborate with finance leaders to align technology initiatives with finance strategies and execute high-impact opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 8-10 years of professional experience in Oracle EPM, finance technology, or related fields
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle EPM, ARCS, and OCI Essbase technologies
• Demonstrated product management experience leading investment initiatives and managing product lifecycles
• Experience implementing AI technologies, particularly within Oracle EPM in large-scale organizations
