Technology Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and delivery of key technology products, the full-time remote Technology Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to define user needs and deliver solutions that enhance the insurance brokerage lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Lead structured discovery processes to understand user problems and translate them into actionable product insights
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize work based on customer impact and business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in product management or related roles, with ownership of product roadmaps
• Experience with technology products in insurance or highly regulated environments preferred
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with product management frameworks from recognized programs is a plus
