Technology Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for key technology products, the full-time remote Technology Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions that enhance the insurance brokerage lifecycle, utilizing data-driven decision-making and modern product management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine the vision, strategy, and measurable objectives for assigned products in alignment with the brokerage strategy
• Lead structured discovery to understand user needs and translate them into actionable product insights and user stories
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Operations to prioritize the product backlog and ensure adherence to technical standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of experience in product management or related roles, with ownership of roadmaps and backlogs for business applications or SaaS products
• Experience with technology products in insurance or financial services preferred
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools
• Familiarity with product management frameworks from accredited programs is preferred
