Job Summary

Owning and strategically evolving the Salesforce instance, the full-time Technology Product Manager will ensure scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce instance, including vision, roadmap, and alignment with business strategy
• Define target solution architecture and design guardrails, ensuring all solutions adhere to platform standards
• Translate business requirements into clear designs and technical requirements, collaborating with Business Analysts and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in CRM technology, preferably Salesforce
• Experience in a customer support or success environment with a strong understanding of business challenges
• Proven product ownership mindset with the ability to set vision and deliver outcomes
• Strong architectural thinking and ability to define solution direction and design principles
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership and experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
