Technology Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Provisions and Worn Wear experiences onto the core e-commerce platform
• Own program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and execution from discovery to post-launch
• Facilitate program-level ceremonies and oversee post-launch stabilization to maintain program performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology project, program, and/or portfolio management
• Expertise in program and project management methodologies and tools
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and software delivery lifecycles
• Experience with enterprise systems such as e-commerce platforms and CRM systems
• Proficiency with project and delivery tools like Jira and Microsoft Office suite
