Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Program Manager to drive consistency and operational excellence across its technology and engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage standardized engineering delivery processes and technical governance across technology teams
• Maintain visibility across the technology portfolio, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with product roadmaps
• Facilitate coordination between engineering and product teams to enable seamless execution from planning through release

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in technology program management or engineering operations
• Proven expertise in managing complex, cross-functional technology programs
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices
• Strong experience with release management and coordinating multi-team releases
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
