Technology Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence across Information Security, Technology, and AI functions, the full-time remote Technology Program Manager will manage end-to-end program initiatives, coordinate cross-functional activities, and develop executive-level reporting for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for concurrent initiatives, ensuring visibility into scope, schedule, and status
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and manage action items to ensure commitments are met across all programs
• Develop program status dashboards and produce regular health reports for stakeholders, communicating progress and risks effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or IT environment
• PMP certification required or actively in progress with expected completion within 12 months
• Experience building and maintaining RACI matrices and project plans across complex initiatives
• Proficiency in at least one project management tool such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
• Experience with metrics reporting and data visualization using tools like Tableau or Snowflake
