Technology Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team in a full-time remote capacity, the Technology, Data and Innovation Program Manager will oversee the delivery of technology, data management, and AI solutions for a key client account, managing project lifecycles, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the team responsible for technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and service level agreements
• Direct the production and maintenance of reports, data pipelines, and dashboards to support corporate real estate data management
• Drive the development of AI tools and low-code applications to enhance service effectiveness and modernize workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience in technology program management or data operations
• Strong familiarity with low-code/no-code solutions and experience with dashboarding and reporting platforms
• Proven experience in financial forecasting and resource allocation in a project-based environment
• Innovative mindset with the ability to solve complex problems impacting business operations
• Expert organizational skills and ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders
