Job Summary
Experienced in telecom and technology infrastructure, the remote Technology Project Estimator will develop detailed cost estimates based on RFPs, drawings, and specifications while collaborating with various teams to ensure bid accuracy and project success.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed cost estimates for telecom, wireless, IT systems, and building management systems
- Interpret and analyze construction drawings and specifications for accurate bid preparation
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating for telecom, wireless, or low-voltage systems
- Extensive knowledge of low-voltage systems and IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural and MEP drawings
- Experience with estimating tools such as Bluebeam, Accubid, or PlanSwift
- Technical certifications such as RCDD, PMP, or BICSI are preferred
