Technology Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end delivery of technology projects, the full-time remote Technology Project Manager will manage project planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring platform quality through hands-on testing and Agile leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project management for technology initiatives, including platform development and product launches
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams to align on project priorities and delivery expectations
• Design and maintain comprehensive test plans and execute manual and automated testing across various platforms

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of combined project management and quality assurance experience in fintech, insurtech, or financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and API testing methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
