Technology Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving the execution of high-priority technology initiatives, the full-time Technology Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects remotely, actively managing risks and stakeholder expectations while ensuring timely progress and resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent, strategic technology projects while balancing priorities and deadlines
• Build and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using PMO-standard tools, treating them as working instruments
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies, driving them to resolution and coordinating across functional teams and vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent)
