Technology Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of enterprise technology initiatives, the full-time remote Technology Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of technology projects across the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple technology projects through the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between business and technology teams, facilitating meetings and status updates
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management or technology project delivery
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives involving both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks, including Agile and Scrum
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Planner
• Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Agile) is a plus
