Technology Project Manager

Job Summary

To oversee and guide the successful completion of technology projects, the full-time Technology Project Manager will manage project planning and execution across the Technology Department, collaborating with software engineers, data analysts, and executives to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to align project goals with business needs
• Develop and organize detailed project artifacts, including project plans and timelines, to maintain project quality and progress

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience managing technology projects, particularly in regulated industries
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Proficiency in project management frameworks like PMBOK and Six Sigma
• Advanced technology skills, including experience with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office Suite
• Background in healthcare systems and electronic health records (EHR) is preferred
