Job Summary
Leading the design and development of innovative technology solutions, the full-time Technology R&D Lead Engineer will manage the R&D lifecycle, from experimentation to pilot deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of prototypes and pilot solutions based on enterprise problems
- Evaluate emerging and mature technologies for business applicability and integration potential
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across R&D initiatives, guiding design and development decisions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- 7 years of experience in software engineering, product development, or emerging technology roles

- Hands-on full-stack development experience, including modern frontend frameworks and REST or GraphQL APIs
- Strong familiarity with the Microsoft technology ecosystem, including Azure cloud services and AI tools
