Technology Resilience Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Technology Resilience team in a full-time remote capacity, the Technology Resilience Analyst will document and review critical program documentation, assist with disaster recovery planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's technology resilience and recovery capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support Business Impact Assessment activities by conducting stakeholder interviews and documenting recovery requirements and dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate critical systems and identify gaps, risks, and vulnerabilities impacting Technology Resilience
• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of Technology Resilience and disaster recovery plans for critical applications and services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in technology risk assessments, disaster recovery planning, or compliance testing within IT or cybersecurity environments
• Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and technology resilience processes, including documentation and testing
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at various technical levels
