Technology Risk Governance Manager

Job Summary

Coordinating technology compliance and assurance activities, the full-time Senior Manager Technology Risk Governance will manage audit processes, customer due diligence requests, and governance of accepted technology risks in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central coordination point for internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses and evidence collection
• Manage customer due diligence inquiries by collaborating with various teams to provide accurate and efficient responses
• Oversee the governance of accepted technology risks, maintaining a centralized inventory and tracking remediation actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, risk management, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in technology risk management, IT compliance, or information security governance
• Proven experience coordinating audits and regulatory reviews
• Strong understanding of technology control environments and relevant compliance frameworks
• Professional certifications such as CGRC, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP are a plus
