Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Technology Sales Executive to drive sales growth and develop client relationships in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in designated industry sectors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to create proposals and promotional materials
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in selling commercial enterprise software, preferably IWMS or related technologies
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
  • 2+ years in a technical selling environment
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university
  • Experience in corporate real estate or facilities technologies sales preferred
