Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time remote Technology Senior Manager will manage various technical functions, provide strategic direction for operations, and ensure the implementation of best practices across software engineering, information security, and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide management and direction for technology operations and strategic initiatives across multiple functional areas
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks while ensuring timely deliverables
• Coordinate training and development for staff to enhance skill sets and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience overseeing hiring, training, and performance management
• In-depth knowledge of primary technology areas relevant to the role
• Experience managing multiple technology functions, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Strong people skills and a proven ability to drive technological innovation and operational excellence
