Technology Senior Manager

Job Summary

Providing management for various technical functional areas, the full-time remote Technology Senior Manager will oversee operations, drive continuous improvement, and engage in strategic planning to enhance technology solutions across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily, quarterly, and annual planning for technology functions, ensuring cohesive implementation and proper functioning
• Identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks while engaging in proactive issue identification and problem-solving
• Coordinate training for departmental staff to ensure appropriate skill sets and knowledge are maintained

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, and performance management
• In-depth knowledge of primary technology areas, including software engineering and information security
• Strong demonstrated people skills and technical visionary abilities
• Experience managing multiple technology functions is preferred
