Job Summary

Providing essential technology support, the full-time hybrid Technology Services Specialist will assist staff with hardware and software needs, manage helpdesk operations, and contribute to IT project initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver timely support for business-user hardware and software, including VoIP phones, laptops, and operating systems
  • Maintain thorough documentation of support requests and resolutions while managing hardware inventory and shipping logistics
  • Participate in IT projects and organizational events, providing on-site technical assistance as needed
Required qualifications
  • A+ certification or equivalent experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (2019-O365), Active Directory, and experience with SolarWinds ServiceDesk
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and telephony systems
  • Proven experience in following standard operating procedures and delivering on service level agreements
  • At least three years of professional experience in a technology support role
