Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-term vision and actionable short-term plans for Technology Shared Services
• Establish and lead a cohesive Technology Shared Services function with clear performance metrics and KPIs
• Manage relationships with vendors for tools and services supporting Technology Shared Services

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Systems, Identity and Entitlement Management, Integrations Platforms, or Technology Tools and Services, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in fostering relationships across technology and business departments
