Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of end-user support requests, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
• Oversee user lifecycle management and conduct security audits to maintain compliance
• Administer third-party applications and develop security awareness training for employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related STEM field preferred; relevant experience may substitute
• Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with IT solutions including user provisioning and SaaS application configuration
• Foundational knowledge of security solutions and processes
• Specific platform knowledge such as Atlassian, Google Workspace, and Windows is a plus
