Job Summary

Providing support for client software use and maintenance, the full-time Technology Solutions Consultant will assist with system implementation and respond to client requests for software and accounting support in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provides support for client software use and maintenance
• Assists with system implementation, including planning, installation, and setup
• Responds to client requests for software and accounting support

Required qualifications

• Associates and/or bachelor's degree in accounting or a technology-related field
• 1-2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience (preferred)
• Experience with ERP & Sage Intacct Software (preferred)
• Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Familiarity with various accounting software programs
