Job Summary

Managing the broker experience throughout the new build and renewal process, the full-time Technology Solutions Trainer will collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical training and support, and analyze client needs to recommend technology solutions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with pre- and post-sale/service groups to enhance the broker experience during implementation
  • Conduct training and intake meetings to gather necessary information and build relationships with brokers
  • Analyze clients' business needs and promote technology solutions to drive business growth
Required qualifications
  • Degree in a technology-based field or HS diploma/GED with 3-4 years of experience with technology software
  • Outstanding verbal and video presentation skills
  • Proficiency in conducting technical product demo/training sessions
  • Minimum of three years related experience in fields such as Insurance, BenAdmin, or broker agency
  • Competent PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office products and web browsers
