Job Summary

Partnering with clinical operation executives, the full-time remote Technology Specialist will translate care team needs into scalable technology specifications, drive the design and optimization of electronic medical record systems, and evaluate complex workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Translate care team needs and regulatory requirements into technology specifications
• Design, implement, and optimize electronic medical record systems for improved user experience
• Evaluate and redesign clinical and business workflows to eliminate inefficiencies

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, business analysis, or systems implementation
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, or Oracle Health is preferred
