Technology Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of PCs, servers, and networking equipment, the full-time Technology Specialist will manage small to medium-sized IT projects while providing operational support and ensuring compliance in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support operational maintenance of local data center and IT infrastructure, resolving minor issues and escalating higher-impact problems
• Coordinate and execute small to medium-sized IT projects, contributing to larger infrastructure implementation initiatives
• Install and support network equipment, perform server installations and upgrades, and manage PC support and deployment tasks

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with proven technical skills
• 1+ years of relevant technical experience or 3+ years of hands-on IT work
• Strong troubleshooting skills for computer and infrastructure issues
• Experience with Windows operating systems, SQL Server, Cisco networking, and Microsoft Office products
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for incident and request tracking, such as ServiceNow
