Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Strategy & Ops Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic liaison and operational anchor to the VP, Technology, shaping the operations of the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG)
• Drive alignment and execution across strategic initiatives and operational rhythms via the Technology Business Office
• Partner with internal teams and ETG leaders to optimize effectiveness and foster an inclusive culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3 additional years of experience may substitute for minimum education
• 8+ years of related experience
• Demonstrated experience managing programs/projects with budgets of $20M+
• Expert-level proficiency in managing cross-functional or matrixed teams
• Experience in vendor management and software delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
